Arrive in Switzerland and travel to Interlaken via Lucerne on the GoldenPass Line. Enjoy a stunning 2-hour train ride along lakes, waterfalls, and the Brunig mountain pass. Spend the day at leisure exploring the charming mountain town, admiring the iconic Matterhorn, and strolling Bahnhofstrasse’s shops. Optional excursions to Gornergrat are available (not included). After a relaxed breakfast and check-out, board the Glacier Express for a panoramic ride to St. Moritz. Cross the Oberalp Pass at 2,033 meters and travel through the stunning Rhine Gorge. Arrive in the glamorous alpine town of St. Moritz, famed for hosting the Winter Olympics twice, and enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.
Board the Bernina Express in St. Moritz for a breathtaking journey over the Bernina Pass at 2,253 meters. Pass snowy peaks, glaciers, spiral viaducts, and tunnels en route to Tirano, Italy. From there, continue by Bernina Express Bus to Lugano, where you’ll spend the evening.
Travel from Lugano to Lucerne aboard the Gotthard Panorama Express, passing through stunning Swiss countryside. Enjoy the scenic 1st class panorama carriage (upgrade available) from Lugano to Flüelen. From Flüelen, take a boat ride across picturesque Lake Lucerne before arriving and checking into your hotel in Lucerne.
After breakfast, board the Voralpen Express from Lucerne to St. Gallen in Northeast Switzerland. Enjoy your final evening in this charming city. Nearby Lake Constance offers an optional day trip (not included) to round off your adventure.
After a week of Swiss adventures, board your train in St. Gallen to connect with your homebound flight. Zurich is the nearest international airport, with other airports also accessible for departure.
